We Offer the Following Service Plans:

Please refer to the Contact page on this website.  You can fill out the Contact Form,
call, email or fax us.  We promise to respond within 48 hours, to schedule a
complimentary phone appointment.  In order to provide you the very best services
possible, we need to clearly understand your needs. Based on our discussion, we
will send you a detailed proposal and a Client Agreement outlining the scope of
services.  A signed Client Agreement, either faxed or mailed to us, is required
before we begin work.   The Last Word offers two service plan options:

  • Hourly Plan: This plan is best if you're not certain about the volume of work
    you need. The hourly rate is determined by the type and complexity of the
    work. We will go over that during our phone discussion.

  • Retainer Plan: This is the best deal!  You receive a 10% rate discount by
    paying in advance for a set number of hours per month. Plans are offered in 10
    hour increments beginning at 10 hours per month. Hours beyond the retainer
    are billed at the hourly rate. Retainers must be paid before the first of the
    month.
